We will explore the many aspects of anxiety: physical, emotional, relational, mental, and more. This support group will teach and explore solutions and strategies to stay on top of your anxiety with group sharing.
MindBar weekly groups are held on zoom, facilitated by an experienced leader. Weekly Groups are not therapy, but they are a great way to meet others with similar concerns, goals or experiences, listen and share, resonate with others and reduce your stress levels through connection with others.
