Explore the many aspects of confidence and self-esteem, love, acceptance, growth, actualization, fulfillment, as well as how to deal with fear, shame and anxiety. We will discuss intention, purpose and manifesting your best self, as well as resolving self-limiting beliefs.
Explore the many aspects of anxiety: we feel it in our bodies, and we can associate our bodies with anxiety in unhealthy ways (eating, sleeping, body image, etc.). There are many tools for managing anxiety, but we often forget to use them. This class will explore solutions and strategies to stay on top of your anxiety!
Explore concepts and boundaries of meaning-making, beliefs vs. Knowing, and the impact of choosing your worldview. Mindbar does not promote any particular approach or principle around spirituality; we are focused on the exploration of mystery, and our relationship with the unknown. Everyone welcome.
Dealing with Relationships
Explore concepts, feelings and ethics around empathy, intimacy, and how to identify and communicate needs and feelings. Discuss strategies for healthy relationships, and approaches to difficulty or breakdowns in relationships.
Explore the challenges of work: identity and self-worth, learning, leading, collaboration, competition and conflict. We will discuss strategies for dealing with imposter syndrome, how to align with difficult people, how to use reframing techniques to adjust your perspective, and how to repair stressed work relationships
Join us for an exploration of grief in all its forms. Losses of all kinds affect each of us, and each of us feels it differently. As time begins to heal our grief, we can grow in new ways, one of the gifts of our grieving.
