Body Image and Health

Learn the skills of radical body acceptance so that you can start feeling at home in your skin! In this 8-week series, Molly will teach you new tools each week to help build a strong foundation of radical body acceptance. Each week will build on the last so that you're growing and evolving with intention! The other critical component of this process is community and support. You will be doing this work in a community of humans going through these same types of struggles where you'll be able to connect and get individual feedback on the roadblocks that are showing up for you! After 8-weeks, you'll be walking away with tools that you are already practicing and integrating but a newfound sense of self, hope and excitement for what's to come!

Taught by Molly Seifert, a Body Image Coach and Mentor who believes that you can learn the skills of radical body acceptance in any body size. She loves watching people discover their inherent worthiness and step into the confident life they are meant for!

This 8 session Workshop will cover:

Alignment: Health, Food, Body

Increase your confidence, self- esteem, and feelings of self- worth as you cultivate a deep sense of gratitude for the body that is your home. In this series led by Certified Counselor and Coach Maria Scrimenti, we will be exploring the role body image plays in your relationship with food and learning how to develop a healthy and sustainable relationship with food. You will discover tools to cope with the body changes that will inevitably occur throughout your lifetime and learn how to speak to yourself with unconditional respect and compassion. This course will permanently transform the way you relate to food and your body and set you on a path toward radical healing and empowerment. This Series is limited to members who are actively dealing with issues around body image and health.

These topics will be covered during the workshop: Replacing the judgmental, harsh inner critic with self- compassion and positive self- talk, Deconstructing diet culture and societal beauty standards and identifying oppressive belief systems, Becoming embodied/ creating connection to the body, Understanding body diversity, self- objectification, and body neutrality, Introduction to Intuitive Eating, fatphobia, weight stigma, and Health at Every Size, Coping with your emotions with kindness, Discovering motivation for consistent self- care, Replacing disordered and distorted thinking and behavioral patterns, Developing body autonomy and healing your relationship with food, and Self- actualizing and moving past shame and defeat to live the life of your dreams.

Breathing through the Energy Centers

How often do you bring awareness to your breath? Though respiration is one of the most natural (and typically unconscious) human functions, we so often forget to engage it with intention. From meditation to athletics and even conflict management and processing emotions, the breath is a common thread and tool in our lives. Learning to cultivate an intentional breath, and even a routine breath practice, is a gift we can give ourselves and benefit from every day.

This workshop is inspired by the seven chakras, or the “seven-leveled philosophical model of the universe,” according to author Anodea Judith. With a weekly dive into the power and meaning of each chakra, we will breathe our way to understanding and clarity around each energetic wheel. This participatory workshop will include self-reflection and an exploration of the chakras, their frequencies and corresponding breath practices.

Taught by Kate Axelsson, a certified yoga and meditation instructor and teacher of many disciplines, having ranged from marketing to improvisation and stand up comedy. She earned her 200 hour Yoga and Yoga Nidra certificates from Black Swan Yoga, and holds a Masters in Leadership and Change from St. Edward’s University, where mindfulness and meditation were emphasized throughout her degree. As a life-long learner, Kate believes our purpose in life is to challenge ourselves to grow and align with our most authentic self, all while seeking joy and abundance.

Manifestation & Intentionality

What does it mean to "manifest"? How do you harness your intentions and use them as fuel for focused personal growth? How do you improve your life (relationships, work, health, etc.) through conscious choice? These are some of the questions we will address in this 8-week Series. You've been creating your own reality all along. Join us and start doing it with more purpose. This workshop will be limited to 8 attendees, and will include individual and group work, writing, sharing, responding to others, and practicing the vulnerability and courage that are so fundamental to manifestation.

Taught by Barbara Nadalini-Priesnitz, LPC-S, a practicing Psychotherapist, a mother and step-mother, animal lover, poet and immersive cook. Before becoming a therapist, Barbara owned and operated a restaurant in the late 90's, had a career in Information Technology, and raised her family in Austin, Texas. Barbara describes herself as an optimist and a spiritist, and is dedicated to helping people find truth and meaning in their lives, and relief from anxiety. As co-founder and COO of MindBar, she is passionate about sharing tools and perspectives that make life a little easier and more connected.

This manifestation workshop is focused on SELF manifestation, not manifestation of external objects or conditions, although those sometimes appear with the SELF work. Who do you want to create yourself to be? How do you want to mold, accent, highlight or shift within yourself to shine more brightly, to share your gifts more effectively, to be more stable and rooted in yourself in all of your relationships? We will address all of these and more.
