Molly Seifert, MS
Molly is a Body Image Coach and Mentor who believes that you can learn the skills of radical body acceptance in any body size. She loves watching people discover their inherent worthiness and step into the confident life they are meant for! Molly started coaching as a Certified Health Coach finding her niche in Intuitive Eating. Very quickly she discovered that food wasn't the root of the problem. She found that underneath that layer of food obsession, was an unhealthy relationship to our bodies. Molly's approach combines improving your body image through your head, your heart, and your body. She believes that everyone has all the tools they need within themselves and that each person has their own unique gifts and intuition to uncover! Each person's path to confidence and self-knowing is going to look different, and that's what Molly loves about it! Molly believes that the more people there are being unapologetically themselves, the stronger we are as a whole!

Kayla Lane Freeman, LMSW, RYT200
Kayla is a mental health therapist, creator and registered trauma-informed yoga teacher based in Austin, TX. She is proud to be queer, sex-positive, kink-friendly, and a Health At Every Size advocate. Before pursuing her Master’s in Social Work, Kayla regularly produced interactive art and comedy that explored mental wellness, the body and identity through performance. Until 2021, Kayla lived in Chicago where she worked in e-learning as a content producer, and later arts and social justice education nonprofits as a curriculum writer and facilitator. Most recently, Kayla served as a therapist in outpatient substance use treatment, where she used counseling, art therapy, meditation and trauma-informed yoga to help Chicago’s blue collar workers find healing from addiction and problematic substance use. Expanding the conversation about our well-being through art, media and education is a passion area of Kayla’s—she creates mental health education videos on her YouTube channel: Your Therapist Friend. When she's not working as an instructor or therapist, Kayla loves to hike, read non-fiction, watch YouTube and make weird, playful art.
