classes

 MindBar classes include weekly groups, guided meditations and book clubs. Most classes meet every week at a particular day and time; some only meet on particular dates - check schedule for details.  Most classes are on zoom (live, not pre-recorded); check schedule for in-person classes.  Individual classes are $15.  Monthly Memberships for Unlimited Classes are $99. 

New to MindBar? Start by picking your first class.  You'll be prompted to create a login, and then you can purchase a single class or a monthly membership.  

You will get a confirmation email when you book a class.

Zoom invites are sent automatically about an hour before each session.
